1.不清楚經緯線的長度變化

(1)所有的經線都是等長的半圓,理論上講爲赤道長度的一半。而緯線的長度則是從赤道向兩極遞減,赤道最長,南北緯60度的緯線圈爲赤道長度的一半。

(2)同一經線上,緯度相差1°的地點間隔的實際距離是111千米(也有的教輔上是110千米,做題過程中同學們可根據實際情況選擇最簡單的進行計算,下同)。同一緯線上,經度相差1°的地點間隔的實際距離是111千米×cos θ(θ爲該緯線的度數)。

(3)根據上述內容可以推斷出,相鄰緯線之間的長度間隔相等;相鄰經線之間的長度間隔不相等,在赤道處最大,在極點處爲0(這點在圓柱投影圖中尤爲重要)。

  1. 經緯網圖判讀不清

(1)在有經緯網或者經緯度的情況下,南北方向可以直接根據緯度判斷,較爲簡單。難點是東西方向的判斷,地球自轉的方向無論南北半球都是自西向東,兩點間判斷方向要取最短距離,即兩點間的劣弧段。也可按照經緯度來判斷,若兩地分別位于東、西經度,把兩地經度相加,如果兩地經度和小于180°,則東經的地點在東邊,西經的地點在西邊;如果兩地經度和大于180°,則東經的地點在西邊,西經的地點在東邊;如果兩地經度和等于180°,則兩地互爲東西方向,即說兩地任意一地點在東邊,另一地點在西邊均可。

(2)在以極地爲中心的俯視圖中,應該按照地球自轉方向來確定東西方向(注意按照劣弧的方向來判斷);而就南北方向來說,不能直接按照兩地的緯度去判斷,應該注意沿線運動中,其南北方向有一個轉折點(即從極點做該線的垂線,垂足丙爲轉折點),從經過轉折點的前後分別找出其運動的南北方向。
